King Center 25th Silver Anniversary Gala
An event honoring the King Center's twenty five year run serving Central Ohio

The 25th Silver Anniversary Gala honors a quarter of a century of The King Arts Complex in the community. The annual Gala is the complex's signature and largest fundraising event of the year. Entertainment was singer, Eddie Levert, cofounder of legendary Rock & Roll Hall of Fame group, the O'Jays.
The event was a time to recall the memories of yesterday, celebrate the joys of today and looking forward to the hopes and dreams of tomorrow.
Creole Kitchen catered the gala for the fourth time on May 19, 2012 and there were over 1,000 guests in attendance. Creole Kitchen served broiled crawfish, fresh fruit, peach cobbler and chicken etoufeé with white rice.

Taste the Future was held by Columbus State Community College on August 21, 2012. This was Creole Kitchen's third year of participation in this event. The dish featured in the photos is blackened, roasted pork loin, on a red bean compote, topped with apple chutney.
